With over 25 years of experience in the security industry, I have spent the majority of that time (around 70%) actively engaged in hands-on security work. Throughout my career, I have learned to maintain calm and keep a level head even in the most volatile situations. In 2011, I obtained my manager license and founded AML SECURITY, LLC with the vision to provide solid, well-maintained, and reliable security services that truly make a difference.

One of the core strengths of AML SECURITY, LLC is our ability to diffuse tense situations without resorting to violence. I am vigilant in identifying potential problems before they escalate and have developed effective strategies to prevent dangerous situations from arising.

I hold both armed and unarmed security licenses obtained since 1991 and invest in ongoing education, completing extensive training twice yearly. These skills, combined with my leadership, form the foundation of the high standard of service enforced within the company.
